Enlightenus 2: The Timeless Tower is a hidden object game. If you are a hidden object game lover and willing to give it a chance, you will be pleasingly surprised by what you find inside. In this game, a young woman who has left her small town home to pursue her own dream of being a reporter. The truth is that she loves her job and she is really good at it, well good enough to attract the attention of Clarence Flatt, a highly-respected clock maker at the local area. The pity is that now he is aged and infirm, so he is unable to complete his masterpiece. Thus he asked for your help, and in return he promises to deliver the biggest story of your career. This game has altogether three advantages. First, the distortions in this game are full of variety, ranging from ancient Egypt and a medieval castle to Leonardo da Vinci's studio, the British Museum in 1915 and even Venice in 1980. It's an interesting mix, but the game scenes look fantastic, as does the very eternal tower itself. Second is the pleasant soundtrack. Maybe it is not remarkable, but it will by no means be distracting. The last is the innovative operation method of this game. In most hidden object games, first you will be given a list of items that have been stashed throughout some fantastical scene, and what you need to do is to find them out one by one. But in this game, it is precisely the opposite. First, you will know the name of the objects, and the tasks will be finished by figuring out the place where the object belongs to. So I cannot say that it is a perfect game but it is indeed awfully good and absolutely worth giving a try.
